He likes reading about how the Complaints and Quality landscape is continues to change, ancient military technologies and enjoys family time with his wife, son and dog DJ.

He also monitors emerging technology trends and capabilities to ensure that Complaints Pro is at the forefront of new developments. Cameron is passionate about extracting real business value from technology and has worked with Call Centre, CRM and Complaints handling software for 15 years across all industries and government across Asia Pacific. Cameron is a proud father of two, enjoys learning about the universe, quantum mechanics, is a black belt in karate and is studying for his black belt in Aikido. In his spare time he likes to risk life and limb mountain biking.

She has over 10 years in software design, development and project management experience. Li Project Manages Complaints Pro implementations ensuring all our clients expectations are exceeded. Her keen eye for detail, kind and gentle disposition and focus on the big picture to get projects completed on time, within budget and exceeding clients expectations separates her from standard project managers. She is a cloud expert is fluent in English and Mandarin.
