You can create SMS templates with data merged from cases. Complaints Pro automatically fills in the specifics of each case. You’ll be able to schedule and send up to 200 SMS at a time.

The SMS and their replies from customers are logged against their cases. You will also have full status updates which capture if and when the SMS sent has reached the customers handset.
