Complaints Pro synchronizes perfectly with both email software, whether it’s appointments, tasks, complainants, or contacts. Inbound and outbound emails to Complaints Pro are linked to a complainant, which you can view within the email software itself. You can also pull up a history of all the contacts made with the complainant and all the files associated with the exchange. You can create new complainants in Complaints Pro just by dragging and dropping your contact’s email signature. Complaints Pro will automatically create a complainant record with names, email address, phone number and address already populated.
