Automated Infringement Work Queues

After an infringement has been imported into Complaints Pro, the system puts it into work queues and provides your company's Infringement Officers with clear priorities on what to work on. Once the Officers has confirmed who was in control of the vehicle, they can use Complaints Pro Letter and Email generation tools to generate a Statutory Declaration that nominates the driver of the vehicle at the time of the offence. You can also generate reports about any element of the infringement.
